Income too low to get approved for anything?

I work two jobs, and have a total income of about £8,800 a year. I only pay £280 in rent a month and my food for the month comes to less than £50 unless I treat myself.
I have about £300 in "unspent" income a month, but everything I look in to I have a high refusal rate because my disposable income is too low.
How can I get any form of credit built up if everything I look in to will refuse me because they think I can't afford a repayment, even though my disposable income is more than enough to cover such expenses?

My full, paid experian credit score direct from their website for the monthly sign up is 900 out of 999, but my MSE credit club experian score is 631 though
Here's a screenshot of the summary section of my paid experian membership report:

What have you been refused for?
"bad credit" credit cards, as I assumed for a long time that I had a bad credit rating, but even those got declined, despite applying for the highest success rate bad credit rating card.
Could it be that having two jobhs is messing things up, so it doesn't think I have the money I claim to have, as the applications only ever ask about a single job?0 -

How long have you lived at the current address? On the electoral roll?
Also how long at your current jobs? Ivehad applications ask about part time and alternative work.
Any missed payments on anything in the last 6 years?
Who do you bank with?
You only spend £50 a month on food? And have not water, electricity, gas or travel costs on top of your rent?
And you dont spend any money on clothes and household items?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Your screenshot says you are not on the ER.
You've opened a new credit account in the last 6 months & made 3 applications.
I would say, get on the ER, stop applying for credit for the moment. You look credit hungry to lenders.

My rent is all inclusive, and I only buy clothes when I need to.
Never missed any payments on anything, never been in any debt. I recently moved here to my new place 6 months ago, but the credit file has all my details of my old address, which I was at for four years. My bank account is with Halifax.
One of my jobs I have had for a year and a half, the other for 7 months0
