Perhaps you should return home and spend your pension in the UK economy then. Without taxpayers Governments have no income. No doubt when it suits you you'll also return home to use the NHS. In due course you'll be grumbling about that too. The triple lock was borne out of political posturing. Never financially viable longer term.

Let us ignore the fact that if Britain leaves the EU it might be more difficult for me to travel to the UK.
You can be certain that I will NOT return to Britain to use the NHS as I am part (I pay) of the Luxembourg Social security system and find there health care VERY GOOD.
As any EU visitor will tell you. "If you are taken ill while in Britain head for the airport"
There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.

Don't you hold a UK nationality and therefore one assumes a passport.

If that's the way you feel then surprised that you express such a keen interest in the UK's affairs. By the sounds of it you care very little for those that are happy to remain here. As you are one of the Alright Jack Brigade. Self first. The new European breed.

    Or you could stop reading.

Perhaps you could start reading. It would help.:)

There is no 'seemingly' about it. "Labour will support the pensions triple lock" is what McDonnell said; they will “preserve the triple-lock throughout the lifetime of the next parliament”. Whereas those wicked Tories have said that they are going to think very hard about it when they do the next Spending Review.

    Yes, I got that.:)

I was just pointing out that when someone LIKE YOU suggests exchanging EU health care for a visit to the NHS the true reality of the situation.
I express a keen interest in the Country of my birth.
I can not stand by while people LIKE YOU think that British health care represents paradise to anyone living in most other European Country's.
I will not stand by while people LIKE YOU elect politicians who have no care for the majority.
I will not stand by while people LIKE YOU find everything foreign inferior.

And YES people LIKE YOU make me angry. Please take of the blinkers.
There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.

You're beginning to sound like the Luxembourg version of Victor Meldrew.

Just curious - as you are not going to "stand by" these things, apart from posting here, what are you doing about them? Or is this it?

I thought it was common knowledge that the UK has one of the worst healthcare systems in the developed world?

It's designed to the benefit of the staff, not the users, like all state "services". From that point of view it's terrific. You can let old people starve to death or die of thirst in their thousands on the wards you oversee, and not only does nothing happen to you, you even get ghastly Labour creeps like Burnham demanding that the report on you be suppressed because it would be bad for staff morale.

The NHS is great for some people, that's clear.
