Can't get a contactless Debit Card

Hi, for some reason my partner can't seem to get a contactless Debit Card from Bank of Scotland.
She has a contactless credit card with them, overdraft and savings. Plus her wage goes into this account, and she's had the account for years.
We've tried a few times at the Bank to order one, which they do and say it will be with you in the usual 3-5 working days. But, when it comes its always non-contactless, with the old Visa logo too. This has happened about 3 times now, and seems really odd.
They have even gone on to the card ordering section, where it lists all the types of card they can order for you, such as swipe & sign etc. We've seen them select the contactless card, but still its non-contactless.
Any help would be great.

Could be down to the type of bank account that is held. I have two with Natwest, one I can get a contact less card with & one which only allows a chip & pin styleDwy galon, un dyhead,

What picture does the debit card have?
Any with a picture of the Glasgow Armadillio are usually online and the offline card (which can be contactless) has a picture of the Standing Stones on Orkney. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Try ringing and ask CS to do it.
It should be possible to have it for a Platinum account.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Budgeting & Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Credit File & Ratings and Energy boards. It's most likely the branch staff are ordering the wrong card type.
I doubt the phone staff will order a new card type nor would they even have the skills to even do so.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
