Good Evening SPCers! Here's hoping you've all had a lovely week and are looking forward to the weekend, a busy one I expect with shopping and so forth, but enjoy it whatever you do.
To all those with colds, coughs etc, get well soon and have these {{{{hugs}}}} to help you through. :grinheart
Well here's hoping you'll be able to pop your HP contents in your pot soon, Florence, meanwhile well done today's savings!

87p potted today, it is defo cheaper to go out to eat at work than it is to eat in the canteen. I won't be doing that again!!
32b3
Crikey 32b3 you honestly wouldn't believe it would be that way round, I thought canteens were there to support staff rather than penalise them!! Maddening to say the least! Ah well at least you still managed to pot some.
Ohhhh mince pies!! I was really good last night in M & S and resisted buying some there, but right now I can almost taste the ones you bought and am wishing I'd succumbed to all 24 of the b*****s I put back on the shelf!!!!
Ah well, i'll soon have the DGC round making them!!
Keeping doubly on course I see Chutney, not long until there's a break from it. Well done.
Can I change my target to £500 please Sue (currently set at £300)
Target changed to £500 for you, owlet, very wise too as I reckon you'd soon have reached the 300. Another lovely lot of cash.....yes, notes as well safe! Well done. :j
Not to worry parksandrec, at least you know what you're saving for and you're doing your very best to save as hard as possible! What a wonderful place to have your heart set on! Excellent saving!:T
Great saving Dizzy Imp! Those eggs will certainly earn you a marvellous amount over the year. Tut tut with the Holding Pot!!
Sounds as though your DS has some really lovely memories of his time abroad, siju. My middle DGS has the US in mind for his 3rd year, beyond too.....though he hasn't yet told Mum & Dad and I have to stay schtum!!! Not too long to go now before you finish for Christmas!!
WOW! Good for Uncle eh, jakes-mum, seriously though he's pretty darn good in thinking of you and yours.
That was an amazing offer, Bubbs!! A shame jakes-mum already has hers. Still, your kindness has earned you a gold star! :staradmin BTW. You be sure to have a really Merry Christmas too, along with a safe, healthy and Happy New Year!!!! :xmastree: Thanks for your lovely greetings!
Brilliant saving Louby! You've become really good at potting all that's possible, fantastic!!! :j
A lovely neat £10er potted last night after late night shopping, and.......a £1 that someone left in their trolley!!!!! :j

Sorry to hear your news Helen and commiserations and hugs for you and your family.
Lots of lovely potting going on, even this close to C :T
I've potted my usual weekly £10 and also a 50p found in the bedroom. No idea where it came from, though it was near the laundry basket, but I knew where it was going :rotfl:
Hope you all have a lovely weekend

Good Evening Potters! Here's hoping you're all loving the weekend, even if it's a really busy one with plenty of shopping being done! Ennjoy it and the lead up to Christmas whatever you do.

Oh poor you Helen, talk about it never rains but pours. You wouldn't believe they would be so close, though it does often happen with Husband & Wife when you get classic examples of heart break. I'm fairly sure you'll cope though and be a rock for your parents. As last time though, keep the memories of both living on and smile about the happy ones. :happyhear
Don't worry about the gold part of your savings just now you've enough on your plate. Love and {{{{hugs}}}} to you especially for a very safe journey up and back. I hope the funeral goes as well as is possible. If you're unable to see us again before Christmas then have as lovely a one as possible, and remember......both your departed Grandparents would wish you exactly that!!
Here here Westie.

You rotten blighter, 32b3, d'you know that's all I could think of on Friday evening, talk about cruelty!! I'll keep the Sain!bury ones in mind but usually the Grandkiddies come round and help make them, there's been some hilarious moments here with that at times too, especially when Granddad without thinking (nowt new there then!) shook a bottle of shandy and then opened the top!!!! There was ruddy shandy all over the place - I could have crowned him!! :rotfl:
Well done Lynne, and let's hope that 50p was Hubby's!!
Sue xxHave a superb Sunday, SPCers. Keep safe, healthy and showing your pots plenty of love!
