I've not been checking in much as I've been madly applying for jobs as redundancy looming in the new year but I've put a bit in here and there, not sure how much but todays was £1.560

DH wants to save the little bit of cash we get from selling eggs to friends...It wouldn't be much, maybe £5 a week - is this allowed?0 -

Should be fine Dizzy Imp as its not a lot different to potting money from selling your old items on ebay and FB (which I do constantly) or a second job to make a little bit of extra money which from what I remember is also allowed
DH just gave me a £2 coin :j :j he knows the way to my heart and DS has paid me his monthly £25 so thats also going in the pot once I change it up into coins. We DIDN'T go out for dinner last night  I know!! we were shocked too :rotfl: so I said to DH 'does that mean I get to pot the £40 odd I just saved and he said 'well I suppose so, but do like last year and have a note pot for money like that' so i'll get £40 out the bank next week and thats going in our new (well reused as it wasnt a sealed one) note pot
(still changing up DS's money as ill be upset if I dont have lots of change to count up next november :rotfl: )

Hello everyone
£1.20 potted today. Bit of a skint month so not much has gone in there recently. Don't want to count it as I want a surprise at the end.
Still not been into town to buy a proper pot yet but will do after payday when I go Christmas shopping

I keep potting away - I try and deal in cash anyway so this is good for me! And its more of a motivator to use cash rather than card!
