Has anyone changed their mind about Brexit?

Since 23rd June I've seen the incessant assertion we are a laughing stock in Europe, I've even read this comment a dozen times today over on The Guardian / Observer and Independent.
But when asked why it is European citizens are still choosing to come here in huge numbers, then can never come up with a good answer.0 -

They are all hoping to see you.0 -

Have you been asking EU citizens that have moved here since Brexit? Or are you making stuff up again?
Also, remember that the EU comprises of some 500 million individuals, so some will have differing opinions.
From what I can tell, most of Europe views the whole Brexit thing with bemusement.0 -

Because most of the Europeans I know are viewing Brexit with something much more akin to fear - mostly fear of where the EU will go post Brexit.
(Before the question is asked, I know people in the Eurozone both as friends/family and as colleagues. Many I communicate with on a daily or weekly basis.)0 -

By the way, was there anything factually incorrect about what I said?
Then how can we be looked upon with disdain by the rest of the world when the rest of the world is also going through the same growing pains that the UK is going through? Some of them on a scale worse than how you're painting the UK. Banning religious dress, that's pretty hardcore for a supposedly secular state.
You understand that generalisations should be generally indicative of the target subject overall right?
It would be wrong of me to generalise and say that Jeremy Corbyn enjoys the support of the parliamentary Labour party because I can point to a few isolated cases where that is indeed the case.
Isolated/anomalous incidents are not generally indicative of the thoughts or feelings of the general populace/target/subject?0 -

But yes...some of the victims would just be spat on, some of them would merely have eggs thrown at them, all fine then. False alarm.
Someone should tell Hogan-Howe to stop being so bloody hysterical, calling it a 'horrible spike'.
I've previously shown the statistics of how many incidents that is as a proportion of the population of London and how that easily disproves the liberal left myth that everyone who voted to leave either condones, sympathises or encourages such behaviour.
Quite frankly I think we need to start legislating for banning hysteria, the bending of facts. That's far more dangerous to our society than some meatheads drinking too much and doing some stupid things.0 -

I can tell you that out of the 15 or so EU and non-EU nationals that I know closely, none of them have said they feel unwelcome in the country, more and more of them are opting to become UK citizens.
Either I'm ridiculously unlucky enough to have such a polarised group of friends from the EU/non-EU countries, or this portrayal that we get from ruggedtoast, mayo and company is inaccurate, and is only supported by journalistic licence.0 -

Because there are extreme right parties in Europe, France bans the full face veil or Hungary puts up fences at its borders, I am not supposed to comment on the rise of hate crime in the UK?Don't blame me, I voted Remain.0 -

You and a few other posters on here appear to delight in portraying the UK in a negative light because the majority of people you share the country with don't agree with you.
If you stuck to factual generalisations you'd get some support from me.0 -

We could be like Italy and be far tougher, i.e. deport people quicker. Authorities there are far less tolerant.0
