I'm currently (until January) earning 5% on £6500 in current accounts: 2* £2000 in TSB + £2500 in Nationwide. So that's £24.86 for 28 days, about the difference in the scenarios. What those accounts would earn in December 2017 is anybody's guess.

God knows why but I thought it had a £5k limit, better go and stick some more money in there for this month !

I repeat the variables are limitless, and I have no idea what accounts everybody else in the thread has. I have all the current accounts, but none of them will give me 5% on that 6k5 because they are all already full to the rate limit, so any interest will be less elsewhere. Besides these few £ a year one way of the other are not exactly going to make you rich.

Well I've now got an account which is showing as an Flexclusive Saver Issue8.

But with no interest.....so much for it being added on the 30th!!

I've have been able to open a new Flexclusive Regular Saver though.

And it seems that I've been able to make a 13th payment - £6500 sitting in my account at present, but I won't hold my breath as it could easily be sent out again tomorrow.

I`ve made a 13th payment today and don`t see why it should be sent back if you haven`t got your 365 days in yet.
In my case the 11th Dec.
