Experian credit Report Questions

Hi there,
So I consolidated a loan and got a terrible rate (16.9% though have recently improved this) and have also had issues with some banks with overdrafts in the past and present. I have just opened a 123lite account to take advantage of the cash back for example and they wouldn't even give me a contactless card let alone an overdraft...(despite having £5k of credit cards with them that are empty).
Anyway just checked my credit report with experian, my score came out as good (901) with 4 positives and 0 negatives impacting my score.
Looking through I can't see anything obviously bad but for some reason it says there are 470 odd addresses associated with my name (this is because of the various formats different companies seem to have used). Is this likely to be an issue?
I also noticed it still has me down as financially associated to my ex gf (we had a joint account that was closed years ago, we broke up about 3 years ago). I don't think she has any debts either...would this effect my applications? Particularly if I am saying I am single and have no financial dependents etc?
Beyond that I've had 2 credit searches done this month (when I was shopping around for loans) and 1 about 6 months ago when I went to HSBC to see if I could get a better rate...though I have had the same issues in the past before I had any debt, certain banks wouldn't give me an overdraft (halifax, who at the time said I must have a poor credit rating and I then went next door to HSBC and got £5k...) while others gave me £5k (HSBC, Santander when I was with them before). Which would suggest it is something wrong with my credit file...though the only thing would be the changes of address...
Any tips/advice much appreciated...
I expected to find something like an erroneous missed payment but there is nothing...
Thanks,
Ryan
EDIT: It also doesn't seem to be picking up all of my bank accounts/credit cards etc.

- File a notice of dissassociation from your girlfriend
- Check all three of your files
- Each CRA will only reort the accounts that are reported to them
- Query the addresses with the CRAs
- Ignore the scores they give you

Everything that zx81 said is spot on.
Don't take it personally when banks do/don't offer you credit facilities. They all have different criteria for lending.
Look at your spending habits and address the reason you have the debt in the first place and the reason you needed a consolidation loan.
If Experian's score had any influence on lending, surely banks would be changing their application form to say name/address/score - approved.Truth is Experian don't lend so their score only means anything to them & you. No-one else sees it.
