problem is laptops aren't built to last more than 2 years and with technology moving so fast they quickly become defunct

That's a shock! Mine was secondhand when I bought it and it's certainly had plenty of use in the time I've had it:eek:. Can't remember when I bought it but it's over 2 years ago. Might be better to buy a lesser quality (cheap;)) brand new one then than a secondhand one that was more expensive when it was new.

With cars I always liked to buy really high spec but secondhand and older examples rather than ones that were brand new and straight out of the showroom but the most basic model. That's in the days when I could afford to pick and choose. Nowadays I'm just grateful for whatever fits my meagre budget:o

yes I am looking at refurbished newer laptops. so less money and not so new. I don't have to worry about it being obsolete so quickly.

  • Ooh I haven't joined this thread for years, but from time to time I do this with my friends, because I find it really works for my focus!
I last did it in August and made £130 by 12th. And it slowed down, I felt bad, but then realised that the £130 was a bonus!
Can you please put me down for £10 a day :heart2:

Well I didn't hit my October target but I am still totalling up.

For November can I aim for £200 for the month please? Maybe a smaller target will be more achievable!

Made my first £10.38 today - Nationwide interest. Sadly the special rate finishes next month :(

Hi, count me in. Only managed £76 last month but I am determined to at least double that this month. Can you put in on the list for the full £10?
    Thanks

Thanks Aesop and Lynne for this thread.

Please count me in for £10.00 a day. I would like to earn way more this month as i had a poor October due to my can't be asked attitude. So hitting November with gusto. My plan to earn that bit extra is surveys, eb@y and vouchers. Separate to this is I am overspending on my food shopping, so I plan to use up what is in the freezer and cupboards.
Azzzaa, any extra income made is used to cover presents, social, clothes and other small purchases. It's not that I go out a lot, its the spending here and there that adds up and I don't always have a lot to show for it.
This morning i have received a survey site payment of £19.40, which is a good start to the day.

cc1 £1900/£3800 to pay by feb 25 Paid in full
    cc2 £0/£1407.00
