Now at £39.80 on OnePoll...the book is now open on how long that last 20p could take! :D **edit** - another 15p got...5p away from cashout!
Nothing on Prolific this morning - currently at £7.81 payable and £4.44 pending.
£10.10 from TCB came into the bank this morning so I've transferred that straight to the 0% card - similarly I sent the PopulusLive £50 over there yesterday too. :T

Food is planned out for the week I think - couscous tonight with pomegranate seeds, chickpeas, and halloumi. Tomorrow is the remaining meatballs and tomato sauce - I'll have spaghetti with mine and MrEH will have regular pasta shapes with his as spag annoys him :rotfl:. We eat separately on Tuesdays anyway as he's got rugby training. Wednesday I'll do a fish & sweet potato curry I think. Thursdays tend to be odds and ends - using up stuff that needs finishing.

Got my blood test tomorrow morning so I'll use my own car, and am working a half day Thursday to use up an odd half day of holiday so that will be own car too. As I'll be home earlier those two days than when we share I'll probably try to run those days - I can get the benefit of the daylight on Thursday too of course. :T Gym on Wednesday.

MUST go and get Mum's birthday card later - I need to drop that through the door on the way home tonight! :o Also need to order her a birthday present, and start thinking about Christmas too - oh dear!

  • That couscous sounds lovely, I have some halloumi lurking in the fridge. DS1 loves it fried.

I'm definitely back to full speed now Pauline! Amazing to think it was only this time last month I was in hospital - seems so long ago it's like it happened to someone else, now! :D

Yep, I tend to give it a sprinkle with either sumac or smoked paprika and then fry it Redo - lovely!

  • So no sign of the 5p yet today... :o

Prolific is now at over £9 approved - fingers crossed to it sneaking above the £10 level before end of Thursday.

Yes - another one who's thought about christmas but not yet acted on those thoughts. No - not strictly speaking true - I've worked out what we're getting for my parents, and MrEH's main present is also sorted now. Niece and nephews are easy as we do "goody bag" type things for them which they love. Friend's little one is having his first christmas this year but I've already got something stashed aside for him, too. The money for the presents is all ready in the savings pot so that's under control, we just need to remember that christmas with my parents is the week early again as MrEH and I will be in the Hebrides for the day itself.

Blood test done as planned this morning so I need to wait for the results now - fingers crossed that they actually manage to test for the right things this time. Also rang the hospital as I've had the letter through about my next scan appointment but as I suspected it had been sent out too early - right hand/left hand/joined up thinking etc... :rotfl: There's now a note on my records to say I need to be able to make an appointment off a phone call and I have a direct contact number to call through on in a couple of weeks, when the January appointments should be there...(proving that there IS sometimes joined up thinking in the NHS!)

Fingers crossed for the blood results.

And for the 5p it always seems to take forever when it's so close to being able to cashout x
