Thanks still not bad how much will an upgade be anyone know
Im guessing the whole sum
Im guessing the deal sees Apple take the phone costs and o2 the overinflated package costs
Tbh you'd need to be a mug to do it, especially a first gen apple product
You'd be better off getting a g600 or n95 free and buying a massive mp3 player for £2000 -
Remember - the battery is non-removable too (just like the ipod)
So if it goes wrong you'll need to replace the whole handset............
It's a 1st generation phone, you'd be better waiting a few years until they've ironed out all the bugs and have a thoroughly solid product.
Great to hear that O2 have won the contract though

Dont think so
The literature on the site states it needs to be activated
If i remember right it took them months to hack it in the US to get it round the sim lock and even that involved opening it up
Tbh I wouldnt touch the phone until at least next year0 -
Yeah but i need it now0

Yes you could. I believe there is a sim device you can get from these Europeans that fools the phone into thinking its from a different operator. It has worked in all countries on any network when the iphone got released in the US specifically for AT&T and I am sure it would work in the UK
