lloyds overdraft

hi lloyds will closing my account on 6th december. i have to pay back 3k overdraft to them and i wont be able to pay the money till that day. what will happens next? i want to pay money back but only can afford 150 pounds monthly instalments. is it ok to do deal with bank? is it bank ok to help me and agree to that?
