I've ordered the shopping today and it was £90 including the delivery charge for the next two weeks. :jMy new food cupboard/freezer speadsheet is helping as it means I can just flick between the spreadsheet and my order and I don't have to keep rooting through the cupboards to see what's left, I just update my spreadsheet once we've eaten something.

I've got another £5 off my surveys this week which I'm pleased with. Hopefully I'll be able to get another £5 by the weekend.

    Have a lovely day!

I'm really sorry to hear about Gran's passing and someone stealing the £20. Like you say, you don't expect it to happen when you're around people you trust (or that your best friend trusts).
Well done with the cupboard freezer spreadsheet. I'll be starting mine this week. I'll be adding dates on mine too as I'm terrible for forgetting about things and letting them go out of date.
Fabulous £5 win with the surveys. I'm curious, which site lets you cash out at £5? All mine are at £40 or £50 before you can cash out :)

Hi ch4rly. Thanks very much, yeah it was weekend I'd rather forget overall! That's a good idea, I didn't think about putting dates on, will have to sort that out!
The ones that I use that let you cash out at £5 are opinion outpost, my survey UK and swagbucks. The rest are like you say £10, £20 or £40.

Well I've had a bit of mixed bag weekend really! We went to stay at my parents for the weekend because it was my nan's 80th so it was nice to see all the family but I had the most awful stomach cramps which I've been getting every couple of months for the past few years, they're very painful but I haven't been to the doctors because I think he's probably had enough of me by now! Lol! Anyway after talking to my sister-in-law who's a nurse she seems to think it's IBS and has told me to keep a food diary so I can see if it's a particular food or drink that sets it off and take Buscopan when the pain starts. I have to say the buscopan has helped! Hopefully I can find what sets it off and then cut that out but I'm sure it won't be that simple!

On the plus side because I was feeling sorry for myself I decided to have a go on Sky Bingo and I only won £130! With this money and some from DH I have made a payment of £219.07 today which means the new total is £65,300. When DH gets paid I think I will make another payment of £200 so that when the normal payment comes out and when the interest is added on we will be under £65,000. I feel like we've been stuck in the 65s forever, which is ridiculous because it's only been since the beginning of February but I feel like under £65,000 is a real milestone!

    Have a lovely day!

It does sounds like IBS (I have it), and if your SIL is a nurse, I'd say she's a good person to advise :) There are some IBS medicine coupons on the caringeveryday website at the moment. http://www.caringeveryday.co.uk/offers-coupons It's for Colpermin but I'm sure they work the same. Maybe just check with your SIL first?

Well done on the Sky Bingo! I might have to give it a go. Any tips?

I know what you mean about milestones. I think it really helps to focus you on your goal and under £65k sounds amazing. Our mortgage is at £201,000 and I can't wait to get it under £200k, but I'm not sure if we will manage it with April's payment... I'm going to try though!
