    Nice to be back DNMS :)

    Can someone explain to me how to do the multi quote please? I clicked on the two posts I wanted but nothing happened :)

    you click on the little speech bubble button (to the right of the Quote button at the bottom) you can quote up to 3 posts at 1 time. The final post you click on "quote" as normal :)

    Hi guys not sure why I'm still sitting drinking coffee, it's folly which I will regret in 40 minutes! Sky is looking very mysterious and moody right now!

    Quick post for me - nothing earth shattering today!

    * just checked banks
    * [STRIKE]packed lunches for all of us [/STRIKE]- delish hm wraps for oh & me. Taking a defrosted flapjack & foraged apples for afternoon snacks
    * [STRIKE]take note of mileage & update mileage form with Monday's expenses[/STRIKE]
    * [STRIKE]post a few fleabay sales when passing po later[/STRIKE]
    * going out with friend's for dinner tonight but will have a bowl of soup when this evening before going so I'm not ravenous and spend more than I can afford. I have a budget of £30
    * [STRIKE]need to put ingredients in the sc for oh & dgd's dinner. Will put the timer on so it doesn't burn[/STRIKE] done but realised no one is eating tonight! Easy dinner tomorrow :D
    * [STRIKE]currently simmering chickpeas to make hummus tonight[/STRIKE]
    * oh & dgd to have day past bbd chocolate mousses tonight (shhhhhhhhh)

    Ok that's my lot. Better get cracking! Have a great day x

    [Thanks Dnms & I just looked again at the recipe for the wraps, what is shortening? I'm sure I'm being very dim!

    Morning all,
    Not a lot to report this morning, I'm just enjoying a cuppa waiting for a parcel to be delivered, they'd tried at this time yesterday when I was out and so I'm hoping they try again soon before I head out for a monthly catch up with a friend. I bet it comes once I've gone!! haha I was wrong, within 2mins of posting this, the door bell went twice, once the postman with an order and then the courier!!

    Anyway todays small things will include
    * Popping into mr T whilst nearby to see if they have any ys meat I want, also look at prices in there for kids headphones and a portable stereo as possible xmas gifts. This is because Dh has suggested we give the kids all our cds (as a xmas pressie) as they love music. Got both things cheaper then I'd budgeted, also timed it just right as I was able to get lots of ys goodies, including 4 packs bagels, 5 packs of English muffins, 2 spatchcock chickens and various other meats :) Probably enough meat in my freezer now to see us to Christmas!!
    * Meet friend, will stick with a pot of tea and not be tempted by the cakes as we still have leftover birthday cake at home. Will also use coffee shop gift card that dh gets a discount on via work. £1.95 for nearly 3 hrs of therapy!! ;) Just what I needed after horrible few weeks.
    * Check banking/update spreadsheets Done
    * Look again at that online form that needs filling in Done
    * Open up some new bank accounts as per :money: email to maximise interest
    * Read :money: email again as I am sure there was something I thought I'd do other then the above
    * Order some free ebooks available through our library membership
    * Clean kitchen using stardrops and microfibre clothes Done
    * Look for things to do for free during half term

    * Used clubcard vouchers to book next 12months delivery for mr T
    * Updated xmas gift list

    That's enough to get started with, have a good day all.

    P.s CCL hope you get some answers with the dr's appointment.

    Morning everyone :) I've been awake for a little while, I think my little man is shifting position so I've had some very odd tummy feelings this morning! Haha My list today is not amazing and it won't be a NSD as I'm seeing a few friends for a coffee at lunch time and I really need to pop into town and get some new maternity leggings, all 4 pairs of mine have holds in the crotch/bum that I have sewed repeatedly but they are not having it anymore! Haha So my list for today:
    - Check bank accounts
    - Pack hospital bag
    - All meals from home
    - Pop to shop to get some chicken, OH is cooking me dinner tonight!
    - Surveys/Swagbucks
    - Coffee with friends

    Have a good Thursday everyone :) x

    Hi Everyone!

    Sorry I haven't been posting a lot lately, but just been busy with debt busting.

    I just wanted to report in and say that I only have 3 grand left to pay on my debts.
    Since October last year I have paid off £10000 in debt!

    The new year for me will be CC free! :D

    Take care!

    Oh I remember those days! By the end of my pregnancy I think there was more of my stitching holding me in then the original fabric ;)

    Thanks!

    I won't admit it's been easy. Very frustrating at times. But, there is light at the end of the tunnel, I can see it!
