Well if you've been observing dry January it won't take much for you to get "wrecked". ;):D

    Congrats from me too.

I'm assuming this was case no. C2GF3P3T at Huddersfield County Court, as that was the only Minster Baywatch case listed for hearing today?

Anyway, well done, and enjoy your celebratory imbibing.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

    And thank you!

Ah I thought it a bit strange that your average everyday Joe can find stuff like that online!

Well done Gin & Milk, big congratulations. Having been reading your thread I was really rooting for you. A really impressive performance ... I just wish more people on my estate were like you.

Get the word out to all your friends and their friends etc. that nobody has to put up with this scam anymore.

Maybe, when you are more relaxed, write a letter to your newspaper as well or to your MP? It all helps.

    Enjoy your well earned drink!

EDIT: oh and get the Prankster to blog this one - classic "Claimant made a claim with no evidence, surprised to find it thrown out in 5 minutes"

I have mentioned it to a few friends and colleagues, so fingers crossed they'll do something about it other than just pay up!

I'll send a message to the Prankster now.

    Thanks
