After many distractions I am finally getting down to writing a list of costs. Everything is pretty much sorted, but I'm wondering about printing. Do I charge say 10p per sheet and would that include the extra copies I've done for the courts tomorrow, or just copies I've sent off?
I'm not going to do any more reading tonight, I won't sleep if I do but I'm setting my alarm nice and early for the morning instead.
Coupon Mad - I'm so glad you sent me those links to Parking Prankster. The article by the Law Gazette is brilliant!0 -

Thank you, I really appreciate that :-)0

Right, I've gone for the suggestion of £5 printing costs. The total amount (incl research time and a day's leave, which I doubt I'll get) is £193.20. If I assume the judge won't award research and leave costs, the total is £19.45!!
I've mentioned that the day's leave is for me as the lay rep. If I inadvertently mention that my husband had to retire on ill health grounds it might not go down too well with the judge if he feels as though I've mislead him in any way.
I haven't mentioned anything about who has done the research. Partly because the chances of it being awarded are so slim.0 -
Good luck from me as well but your defence looks that good you shouldn't need it. Stay cool and come back on here with good news.Put one up them. That's an order.0

Thank you both. The clerk didn't seem too keen on the idea of me being lay rep but i've brought a copy of the relevant act with me.
Now we wait...0
