MOT what an awful thing for your Dad to say like you can plan anything past thursday anyway. Families can be the most insensitive people in the world. I hope you were able to ignore him, that said I cried for 2 days when my Dad bought me a cross skiier for my birthday the year that I could hardly walk on crutches and there was no sight of that changing. I can share it now without getting upset but I still can't believe he thought it was a good present especially as I live in a 1 bed flat!0

Good luck again MOT, am going to send my positive thoughts your way. My son has just gone through major surgery over Xmas and my wishes worked then! Think we all gather strength in times of extreme stress, and have no doubt you will too. It goes without saying because you are a mum!!
My thoughts are with you.
Best wishes
