Floss I am colouring all the smilies as I printed it out in black and white!!!! What has become clear is that their is clear evidence of MOTs depression prior to the first decision regarding the homelessness issue, and also some extremely interesting facts that the council have requested, been furnished and then ignored. As we know that others read this thread, I cant post them but the bits of interest I am letting MOT know.
I truly beleive that it is paramount that the council do not feel backed into a corner, we all know that at that point we do everything to defend ourselves. Hopefully, the council will recognise that with the further evidence that has come to light, that they will reverse their decision not because it was wrong but lacked the necessary information, that they now have.

Oooh, I'm intrigued.....no doubt all will become clear in the fullness of time.
I do agree with you about the further evidence....maybe it is all down to the HLO's workload, but the extra cost & work that has been generated as a result of the original decision must surely be well in excess of what should have been put in to get a fair & accurate decision in the first place.
Thanks for the sustained effort that you have put in SF - you've been a star.

I'm not surprised that you're not at work Floss!! Between you, me and I-T amongst others we kept this going through the night! Seriously though, I do hope you feel better and get some rest today:grouphug:.Happy 5th monthiversary, MoT!
Am off work today - migraine...probably down to not sleeping & being on here at some ungodly hour this morning
My friend, J has offered to be a witness for me tomorrow which is great news as she has known me the longest since I have lived here. She also suffers from depression and can relate to a lot of what has happened to me.Christians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0 -

Have heard from solicitor this am and the appeal will consist of 5 female local councillors. There will be a male Barrister there to provide any necessary info on the S202 aspect of the Housing Act, and the council have just the 3 Housing Officers as witnesses.Christians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0

OK SF's Pollyanna moment - having a barrister their will mean that it wont drag on and on, as they are extremely expensive, he too will be conversant with points of law that may be raised. I not entirely sure if there is any point in making much of the sex of the panel, hopefully they are just peeps who are prepared to listen to both sides of the story.
Keep smiling honey tomorrow is the start of a whole new part of your life whatever way it goes.

I had noticed, mot. We're all gathering to give you support for tomorrow.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
