Hi FF,
It certainly has consumed my life - night and day - it has been a roller coaster of emotions and I just don't know how I will react if the decision is negative tomorrow. My psychologist say I am close to a nervous breakdown
.
Anyway, thanks for posting and for reading:TChristians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0 -

Solicitor rang at 5.20pm to say that LL is going to be a witness tomorrow - strange that, as Police went round this pm to officially warn him under the Harrassment Act this pm

Think that's a bit off - for the Council? What can he say that they haven't already got in writing that is going to affect the situation? Unless they are going to ask about whether the house was actually up for sale? Is your solicitor aware of that warning? (sorry, probably silly questions)

I don't think he can say anything that isn't in writing already and which everyone will have a copy of! I told the solicitor on the phone when she rang about the warning and she did say something but I can't put it on here yet in case HE is reading this  .
I-T has prepared some questions for him;)Christians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0 -
There is no point getting distracted by the landlord and certainly no point having a go at the landlord over other matters connected with the property.
I would guess he is being called as a witness to clear up matters like when he first put the property for sale and was it his intention to use the court system to evict you for rent arrears when he really was evicting you because he hoped to sell up.
I guess he has been warned by the police as opposed to being ordered by the court not to go within 20 yards of you?I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. All this makes me wonder too about others in MOT's situation that are incapable of fighting this huge fight because if you are depressed you couldn't do any of this alone. If you are less articulate than her you couldn't do it and without an IT or this site it would be impossible.
The councils are bullies when you look at it like that.0 -

And this is the quality of what they are providing as evidence in support of their decision............?
Tony in his former career capacity will be well able to set THAT in a suitable context.
Don't worry about this, mot.
Tony/Solicitor need only ask him to confirm the fact of the warning as a first salvo, then ask the Panel to bear this in mind, should Dacorum persist in regarding him as an 'asset':rotfl: . Remember you have the old Estate Agent particulars, D's statement and a Panel of locals who will know how that bit of land lies anyway.
Silvercar is right - but it would be good to shake their preliminaries.

And here’s the late reply from my 3 calls attempting to find out kick-off time tomorrow:
Dear Mrs Trellis,
Further to our telephone conversation this afternoon, I am afraid I have to inform you that I am unable to advise you of the timing for the appeal being held tomorrow. I am informed that appeals of this nature are closed and any details relating are not for the public domain.
A full list of those people representing Ms Davies(mis-spelt) has been provided and must inform you that only those named will be permitted access to the chambers where the appeal will take place.
Yours sincerely

-which sounds as if I proposed storming the Chamber(a well-intentioned and kindly lass, though).

Daniel Zammit is attending a late meeting in the Commons tonight, but Cassie expects him to ‘be around and in and out of meetings tomorrow’. I responded he would surely be making a point of closely attending this one, given the huge groundswell of support and ongoing publicity it has attracted.
I asked her to thank him for his part in responding to representations by ‘several’ of his Councillors and acceding to humane pleas for postponement.
I reminded her that the Gazette and 3 Counties are also primed to follow up the outcome.
