I know that we can appeal against the decision if is a negative - that would mean going to court but my solicitor is prepared for that should it be necessary. I'm not sure about DBC being able to appeal though maybe someone else can answer that one?So fingers crossed all morning. Do you have the right to appeal the appeal? MOT yours was the first thread I read on this site before christmas (looking up info for my sister). Hubby asked what I'd spent hours on the internet doing-but I had to read all of it. Now I check everyday to see what's happened and I just can't believe what you're still going through. I admire the way you've not only dealt with the most awful situations, but done it with dignity and still come out with a smile. A lesser person would have given in a long time ago!
