    Morning all,

Had a dreadful night, lay in bed tossing and turning. Also, looked around flat this morning and thought about all the packing I will have to do if I lose the appeal and council insist that I have to move out of here next Monday, and where will it all go:confused:
And the huge pile of ironing I have to do:eek:

  • Morning everybody - MOT hey if we write in collaboration then they are never going to foreget your co- authors name! I real feel for you re the sleeping thing, I have been a bit tossy and turny the last few nights and was just thinking how you must be feeling.

Did anyone one ever finish the time line I started cos I was thinking it would be useful evidence if Mr Flowers prints the whole thread out for me and I can highlight your emotional state on the days some thing significant happened. Will get on to that today.

  • Gosh I am being dozy ( ok no change there!) today, just to let you know a Judge accepted a daily chat thread as evidence in a case I had last year, both as proof of whereabouts but also because of the tenor of the thread and that if a situation had occured it would have undoubtedly been stated on that thread. (I did though have to translate quite of lot of in jokes and abbreviations!!!!)
