May not need a part 2, imagine if..
on Thursday the appeal finds in favour of MOT and a chastised DBC find they have an empty detached house.....with spa, pool and tennis court.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Then it would be 'MOT's recipe for success' and serve as an inspiration to others in the same situation.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

It is good to be able to look on the bright side, and let us all hope that we'll be patting each other on the back, after Thursday, but let us also not forget that DBC have, so far, shown themselves to be somewhat less than 'predictable' and certainly much less than 'compassionate', so, and sorry to be the one to sound the note of caution, but:
