    May not need a part 2, imagine if..

    on Thursday the appeal finds in favour of MOT and a chastised DBC find they have an empty detached house.....with spa, pool and tennis court.

    Then it would be 'MOT's recipe for success' and serve as an inspiration to others in the same situation.

    There's probably a way around that, mot - you could always open the pool to the 'fee paying' public. :rolleyes:
