Brilliant post SF sums up 118 pages nicely.

In fact so well that I wonder if its worth starting the thread again as volume 2 with this post. It would stop the thread length becoming unwieldly and allow any new readers to see what is going on quickly?

Only bit I would add to complete the story is, "DBC attempt to evict MOT from emergency housing."

Reading all the comments on what to wear, if we were all blokes the conversation would be:

    MoT: what should I wear?
other: I'd put a shirt on, probably make it a clean one.
MoT: Good idea, will do. Thanks.

With apologies to I-T and other men on here.

Hi I can't believe this is still going on for you. I managed to get up to thread 50 something I think. I'm not sure what stage you are at but wishing you all the best for your hearing/appeal and am sure something will work out for you in the end. I can't believe you are continuing to be let down by a system that is there to help people. Good Luck.

  • Well I am more than happy for MOT to copy and past it and add in the missing section - but not my decision.

Thank you very much SC for your compliment!

Apology accepted, sc.- by me anyway - can't speak for I-T, but Italian men do tend to be quite fussy about their appearance. :rotfl: :rotfl:

Thanks for that SF It makes it much easier for me to understand I get quite lost in all the goings on. Can I also ask what is your expertise? and are you speaking or just a supporter at the 'trial of the century' Hope that doesn't sound too blunt but I have forgotten. Likewise Ampersand where is her knowledge based? You both know what you are talking about but how?!?!

  • Viv - partly from having been going from it myself and from being an arsey cow!!! I specialise in Debt and Bailiffs and this is very akin to homelessness, no expertise as such but a lot of experiance, also have a drinking buddy who is a judge in mental health hence finding a solicitor that MOT could turn to.

Was a journalist hence the ability to do a synopsis, you would have no idea what a pickle we can get in when chasing a story!!!

SF means you can start a new thread as Part 2, copy that synopsis and add in Silvercar's extra bit about DBC......

Might be prudent to hang on until Thursday....would be a timely point to start afresh.

    Love to all,
