Hi MOT
Although it may be hard for you to read about yourself ( i know it is for me) the report is fair (be being cynical again, maybe the reason they didnt ask for a psychiatrist report was they feared that it would show you could not be deemed as making yourself intentionally homeless...as it did)
As for your 'weird behaviors' a lot of people (especially who have suffered depression) have these mine include i have to put cd/dvd's back in their cases straight and i eat food on my plate in a certain order... but the biggest one, i simply cannot pass a shoe shop without going in!!The only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about - Oscar Wilde:beer:

And I thought this was a 'natural trait' of the female of the species. :rotfl: :rotfl:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

If you were going through all this just to get a place for you and IT to be together you would be truly totally stark raving mad. It also means that you have fooled the shrink, all the councillors, the newspaper, the school and all of us with not a single person posting against you, your family and kids even the housing officer cos if she thought that it would have been all over ages ago! Plus you also have so many other reasons why you should get a home that you couldn't have manufactured. IT may be lovely but he is not that lovely to go through all this to get a house together!!!0

Me a knight? Thanks for the praise but honestly, it is I that am lucky to have such a wonderful, beautiful, caring, loving and trustworthy friend in MOT. She has blessed my life; destiny brought us together and nothing will part us. I truly am her 'partner' in love but, if the LA really think that we are going through all this just so that MOT and I can live together in a Council property, then they need psychiatric treatment too. I am very happy in my home and MOT and I have always been in total agreement, that whilst we love being together, we also need our own space and independance having both been through unsatisfactory marriages.0

tony, you just made a tear come to my eye, MOT KEEP HOLD OF HIM you lucky lucky woman!!!!
you both sound like you've been through the sh 1 t in previous marriages and thoroughly deserve the happiness you bring each other especially in this turbulent time.

Goodness! Don't know where to start with replies
didn't help with VirginMedia being down since 9pm last night - was still down when I was up for my nightly 1.5hr prowl!
Anyway, I spoke to solicitor about the partner thing and she said not to worry as it quite clearly states that I-T's place is unsuitable for us all and that he isn't wealthy enough to bale us out - sorry I-T;) .
She has also arranged the appointment for me with the Clinical Psyhcologist for the 3rd Jan and is chasing the council for their reply to her request to postpone the appeal date to allow for the this report to come through. She said if they don't postpone it then she will take the LA to court to appeal their decision and then it is likely that the Judge will allow more time for the CP report to be taken into account.
CAP came today to confirm how they will help each month so thats another weight off my mind.
Hope you are well xxChristians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0 -

awww. xxx
My mental 'problems' obviously started years ago when I let I-T get away then;) so NO way I am letting go of him now - he is the only person I have ever known to make me laugh so much I cry and they say that laughter is an aphrodisiac don't they;) . Yes we have both been through the mire previously which is reason why we choose to live apart for now - its lovely to spend time together but we both need breathing space although texts and phone calls are still commonplace, so we're never really 'apart'.
He is lovely, attentive, thoughtful, kind, caring and sensitive and my Mum and my sister both think he looks just like Fabio Cappello (Adam's replacement as new England Manager!) of course I-T just can't see it:rotfl:Christians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0
