Reply from DZ in(exactly as received):

    Dear appalling woman,

Thank you for your emails dated 10th and 11th December with regard the eviction notice served against Ms Julia Davis, of which I acknowledge receipt.

I note that you have been in contact with ward Councillors on this matter and whilst elected members may wish, at their discretion, to discuss this case with you, The Council (and I as an Officer of) for legal reasons am unable to enter into correspondence concerning Ms Julia Davies.

In line with data protection and confidentiality, I am only at liberty to correspond with the named party.

    Yours sincerely

Fine(understood beforehand, taxi73) - we are seeking to raise awareness, with substance, in highest quarters relevant to mot, thus cause and effect change.
In red - 1. Is it actually Served?
    2. mot, have you had any reply?

    from which this glows -
It has good customer care policies and practices. It is a decent and friendly authority that is widely recognised as such. It has sound financial management systems and some pockets of excellence in its service provision. Council staff are loyal, committed and dynamic embracing the need for change rather than defending the status quo.
Ampersand, please tell me he didn't call you an appalling woman:eek:

Well done - at least you get to stay put for Christmas. :T
Although I was looking forward to coming along next week for support on Monday, or Wednesday - I work for a local authority and love a good spat! :A
Keep posting though, I'm sure things won't go quiet for Christmas! Fingers crossed that common sense prevails and you eventually get the nice, settled home you and your lovely children deserve.
No Sagaris, this cannot go quiet - we MUST keep reminding them that MSE is a force to be reckoned with. Obviously I will do my bit with my solicitor but I feel that the case must still be highlighted wherever possible - does anyone else agree??

    Good evening Mr Sutton,
    Your response is noted.
I know you spoke with Ms Davis earlier in this saga, so hoped you would feel able to help one of your Constituents.

    Thankyou anyway,

Had a run in with a father of a school'friend' of DS's earlier this evening - apparently this boy had been calling DS a '!!!!!' and 'homeless boy' which upset DS. So I spoke to to the father to ask him to explain to his son that things are rather difficult at the moment and could he have a word with his son to stop this taunting. The father then shot back at me that DS has been upsetting his son for the past 2 weeks and he thought it was kids being kids - to which I said that under normal circumstances I wold agree - but the father was judging me and my situation, I could tell from the way he spoke to me
