Reply from DZ in(exactly as received):
Dear appalling woman,
Thank you for your emails dated 10th and 11th December with regard the eviction notice served against Ms Julia Davis, of which I acknowledge receipt.
I note that you have been in contact with ward Councillors on this matter and whilst elected members may wish, at their discretion, to discuss this case with you, The Council (and I as an Officer of) for legal reasons am unable to enter into correspondence concerning Ms Julia Davies.
In line with data protection and confidentiality, I am only at liberty to correspond with the named party.
Yours sincerely
Daniel Zammit
Chief Executive

Fine(understood beforehand, taxi73) - we are seeking to raise awareness, with substance, in highest quarters relevant to mot, thus cause and effect change.
In red - 1. Is it actually Served?
2. mot, have you had any reply?
Just finding something else, back soon.

Still fossicking - found this en route though:

from which this glows -
It has good customer care policies and practices. It is a decent and friendly authority that is widely recognised as such. It has sound financial management systems and some pockets of excellence in its service provision. Council staff are loyal, committed and dynamic embracing the need for change rather than defending the status quo.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

I am SO stuffed! I'm ay my friend's installing her Broadband for her and security systems so she has fed the twins and I - feel that I could roll back to the flat!!!
I HAVE NEWS..........................................................................
received a phone call from RW saying that he had good news HE has managed to get the appeal date postponed AND the moving date leaving the flat! It would seem that the appeal may now the 3rd January, just waiting to hear.
Now back to J's computer - see you later xx

According to MOT, just before she had to go out, one of the Councillors telephoned (sorry can't remember which one) to say he had achieved an agreement for the Review and eviction to be delayed until post Christmas. :j :j I'm sure MOT will tell you more when she gets back later but isn't this great news? That Councillor wants a great big 'pat on the back' (no not an Irish giant - don't be silly). Sorry I can't tell you excatly what he said because MOT's phone call was a quickie. Come to think of it, I think you all owe yourself one of them there 'pats on the back'. I'm sure it was all your persistence that drove home the message. Now for Stage two.0

Ooh, you as well Sagaris?
Ok, down to business:
Thank you for your email dated 10th December 2007, my apologies that you are disappointed by the lack of acknowledgement to your original enquiry of 5th December 2007. Your original enquiry was addressed to Cllr Wright, Cllr Griffiths & Cllr Moore with a copy for my attention, in such a case an acknowledgement would not be sent from my office.
I can confirm that I have received both your emails, I am unable to comment to you on the details of this case as you are not the named applicant, however, I can assure you that this matter is being thoroughly investigated in line with our policies and procedures
That's from the HLO's big boss.....
At least I didn't go blue in the face whilst holding my breath waiting :rolleyes:0 -
And have just watched our Brenda....love the comment about "Andrew went to look at the helicopters because that's his thing"...now we know why Fergie wrote about Budgie the helicopter...;)
And BTW, it was AFGHANISTAN that Anne went to ....comments about sand & talcum powder?!0
