  • So the children are still off school, back Monday, and boy am I ready for it! DH has been back at work since Tuesday, so I have been flying solo with them - I had forgotten how much longer simple tasks such as nipping to the Post Office take with a 5 and 3 year old in tow!

Have some ongoing distressing family stuff to deal with in the background, but I am determined not to let it drag me down.

£40 OP made. Will be nipping to the bank on Monday to pay in some cash which I will OP straight away. Also, my lovely mum has given me in excess of 300 books of varying categories, so I intend to slowly start researching how much these are going for. If I made £50 from the lot I would be very happy.

Does anyone have any success of using Amazon to sell?

AFK - I dabbled in MB last year. I exhausted all the easy free bets through Oddsmonkey then abandoned it. Made an easy £200 though. Let me know if I can help at all x

Thanks for that, just had a wobble with my 1st (bet and free bet) so will have to pluck up enough guts to try again. I do want it to work - hate been beaten and am stubborn enough to keep going until it is mastered :)

Working this morning, so will have some more money to add to the pot later. Also boxed up £10 worth of books to send to Music Magpie yesterday, only took me half an hour to input them so time well spent. Loads more to go at.

    Have great days all x

Hope dh van not too complicated/costly to fix. You've got a really steady stream of 3bay sales, I should try and sell on there but think I've lost patience and motivation with it! Our children aren't back until Tuesday and Christmas feels like such a long time ago!

You're an inspiration with your no wobbles approach ATB! I currently throw all the SE earnings onto the mortgage because I have a FT employed position as a backup, but by the end of the year may be FT SE which might a little more nerve wracking.

Good job on the Music Magpie.
  • The £80 I have made working for a friend has just been OPd, and I have installed the app on my phone (previously just had it on the iPad) to track the mortgage there too ;)

  • Morning all,

£300 OP made, and today will be a NSD which always makes me feel like this :j

Not much else to report; kiddies back to their respective places of education so normality has returned!

You're on fire this month ATB! How much have you overpaid so far?

Morning Cath, I think around £500? Should log on and add it up. Thanks for your kind words xx

    Morning all,

£6.96 TT made, which takes us to £113,990. So that's £9k to find to get to our end of March target. In fact, make that £8k, as just over a thousand will be paid off by our standard monthly payments. We can do this, I know we can :T
