It's back breaking stuff, and out the front so not safe for us to do with the kiddies here (we live on a busy-ish road). It's £180 I could have OPd, but the difference it will make to the kerb appeal of our house will be extraordinary. And after all, we have to live a little on the way, right? x
Definitely.£180 sounds quite cheap, we just spent ~£2,000 between having a fence installed and levelling/landscaping our garden. It's so nice now, though - clean and low-maintenance, just the way we like it.

Morning All
Dark outside but much milder than it has been, I doubt we will need the heating on today.
Ebay item sold overnight so £43 duly OPd. Well I actually rounded it up to £50
Today will be a NSD - dinner of steak and chips will be enjoyed, must get the steak out of the freezer. I also need to do lots of housework, some admin for DH and perhaps even an hour with my library book
Have lovely days all xxMFW

The children are shattered so we are snuggled up with the fire roaring. Meeting tomorrow about some freelance work so hopefully some more pennies in the pot x
ETA - I've just realised tomorrow is going to be a busy one, as DS is with me most of the day as opposed to at Pre-school. Looks like he's coming to my meeting with me!MFW

Good luck with your meeting!
I am impressed with your ebaying - what sort of things do you sell? I find it hard to get motivated enough to load it up as in the past I spend ages loading it all up for half of it not to sell.0 -

I have sold a lot of good quality childrens' clothes - Next, John Lewis etc. I tend to list with a fair buy it now price and have found that encourages people to just click and buy straight away. Also some old pieces of jewellery, some costume jewellery (branded stuff) and some of my old clothes that I don't wear anymore (again, branded, such as Superdry) on low buy it now prices xxMFW

It is bright, dry and sunny here - Spring is definitely on its way. Our garden work is being done tomorrow which I am very :j about. I popped to the garden centre this morning, and treated myself to some stunning Helabores, which will be planted once the ground has been mulched. And as DH had some scrap metal to weigh in, the plants were essentially free
My feet don't seem to have touched the floor this morning, so I am going to settle down and read for half an hour before I go out on the school run. Need to post the final ebay bits at the same time.
Chilli (already made) and Spanish rose wine later - perfection xxMFW

Meeting went well, hoping to add some funds to the OP pot on TuesdayMFW
