Experian Credit score & Equifax Credit report

Hi all
I have just used Experian Credit Matcher, and have a score of 963 out of 999. Next update is available in 29 days.
Is this good if I wish to re-mortgage?
I have also checked my Equifax Credit report (30 day free trial) and it shows electoral Roll in red, everything else is green. It shows my current address as my old address (parents house), and shows Confirmed at Present "No", and Length of Time on electoral roll as 0.
My linked address on Equifax is actually my current address.
I have been a member of Equifax since 2010, and usually take advantage of their 30 days free trial.
Any idea how to fix this?

No. Because no one see your score apart from you. Which is a good thing, as it has no value.
A lender will look at your credit history, payment record, affordability, income etc.
If you have concerns, engage a broker. But never ever pay any attention to your score.0 -
Hi
I agree with zx81, but you should certainly correct anything on your files that is incorrect such as your address issues on Equifax. It may cause a potential lender to have concerns if there are anomalies.
If I remember correctly you can challenge any incorrect information on your credit file directly with Equifax.

Agree with PPs.
When your free trial ends with Equifax, try using Clearscore instead - it's a free version of your Equifax report to check on the data they hold/amend.
May be worth checking your Call Credit report as well - this again is free with Noddle.
Don't be too concerned with your 'score'. They create scores for you and them to see, no-one else. Experian don't offer mortgages so you should ignore their silly made up number.
