Yes it's a moneysaving forum. But not a crooks educational forum.
The moneysaving tips offered, both on Martin's main site and on this forum, are all legal tips.
The main site does not advise how to get away with criminal activity like theft, nor how to avoid paying debts owed under civil law.
Out of interest I did a quick google to see if I could find you a more appropriate forum, but this was the closest I could find:

Plenty of posters still very keen to get others to join them in the over-priced property bubble though, but I suppose that is still legal? :rotfl:0 -

If the landlord was like this guy, probably believing everything they told him at the BTL seminar, then chasing 1500 quid would be the least of his worries?0 -

Parts of Durham, Darlington, Pembrokeshire and the Scottish Borders have rents under £350 a month. As the OP was a student it may be they were able to access slightly cheaper accommodation too. Though exactly what property they would get for that is not clear.
I`ve had decent flats in the centre of Edinburgh for 400-450 p.m, the key is talking to private landlords and ignoring the hot air from agents and people on the internet with a VI in high prices/rents.0 -
