  • As soon I make it home from work to get on my laptop I shall begin writing an in depth email to her, I still can't believe that a business would allow rogue parking company's to operate there free carparks handing out tickets to people, the damage it must do to there revenue must be horrendous.

A sentiment shared by most on here this is the bunch of hateful Muppets you are dealing with who have the gall to state on their deceptively professional looking website:

Within the parking industry there are some unscrupulous operators with untrained staff who have given the parking management industry a bad reputation and a poor image. Here at UKPC we take immense pride in being different and providing our clients with an experience that is professional in its approach, positive in its delivery and rewarding with its results.

In reality they have bee banned in the recent past for falsifying records and doctoring photographs.

They left their website open and personal photos were on display, including their stupid Muppet attendants feet while watching TV.

They aledgedly tell their operatives to get tickets out by all means possible and take photos at angles so as not to show blue badges that have fallen off the dashboard.

This makes a good read when you have the time and some of their dirty tricks are exposed by an ex employee:

  • So I have finally made it back from work (hooray!) and I am now on my laptop, the Tracy Kiss case was an interesting read, especially the whistleblowing with ''motivation tactics'' sent from someone higher up (still a bottom feeder) to the ex employee, this being said while I have already had an in depth phone call with the management of the leisure park regarding circumstances and received a brief email saying that they will look in to it and speak to UKPC personally I now find myself stuck between 2 minds as I'm about to write a second email regarding UKPC and there dirty tactics and also temporary suspension and investigation in to fraud cases.. do any of you think that sending this email now could possibly have an negative effect on the decision and attempts of the senior manager I mentioned earlier?

If you word it carefully I think I would expose UKPC.

I would say something like, you've spent some time researching the matter as you are so upset about what appears to be a racket. Did Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) know that this is the notorious bunch of ex-clampers they have let loose at this site? :

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/crime/11858473/Parking-firm-UKPC-admits-faking-tickets-to-fine-drivers.html

No need to make it a rant but maybe a polite ''how on earth have you allowed this lot near people's cars?'' type of contact would be called for now. Finishing by saying you have read how some people are being sued by UKPC and as such, you trust JLL will step in for you.

As for appealing to UKPC, don't forget to do that as well after day 26, online, if this is not cancelled by JLL.

  • Hi I have just typed up this quick email but not yet sent in hope that people more experienced in this sort of thing could hopefully give me some pointers? thanks in advance.

    Hi again ****,
Further to our previous conversation I have found myself still feeling frustrated at the thought of the wrongly issued parking charge issued by UKPC and decided to do some looking in to them personally, do JLL know that UKPC have previously been exposed for falsifying picture scales and have previously been suspended from accessing the DVLA database and investigated for committing fraudulent offences? I found the following in a link here... (wont let me post the link in to this thread as I am a new user but it is the link coupon sent in the previous) , I send this email to you as a frequent customer of your Ashton Moss premises that does not want the operation of this company alone to ruin the admiration I have for your leisure park in which I have spent large quantities of time there with family and friends.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
    Kind regards,

In reply to your end of comment coupon yes I am ready to send an appeal to UKPC around day 26 as advised, hopefully it doesn't get that far and JLL understand the circumstances of this stupidly wrongly issued charge and cancel it.

Looks OK because I think people's complaints should be 'from the heart' not templates.

What do you mean by 'picture scales' as that made no sense to me? Photo timings?

Oh one I forgot, UKPC were also prosecuted by Hull Trading Standards in 2011 for breaching consumer legislation, unfortunately of the 16 actions only one was successful.
But it shows what a buch you are dealing with.

I always refer to it as their operatives (plural at plural locations) "doctoring time stamps on photo' "evidence.""

  • Hi all! Further to my emails with the owners I have received the following response.

    ****,

I have discussed with UKPC and can confirm your ticket has now been cancelled.

    Kind Regards,
    ****

Looks for now that these bullies have been beaten! Before reading this my response probably would have been to end up paying it and never using the leisure park again, it shows that retailers must be getting sick of the parking bandits too!
