I now have 3 male grooming vouchers - what kind of things have people been redeeming them against? I.e. things that cost £3. My local boots is tiny and I couldn't find anything - I just want to see if it is worth heading into town...
By the way, anyone with babies like me, stock up during the triple points weekend - its REALLY worth it.
For example...my purchases today.
Purchase 1:
3 packs of huggies nappies - £8.96 each SHOULD = £26.88
Buy 2 get 1 free reduces it to = £17.92
500 free points for original spend over £25
214 points under triple points offer
£17.92 - £7.14 worth of points = £10.78 - for 186 nappies!
Purchase 2:
14 Cloth wipes (fragrance free) £1.99 each = £27.86
Buy 1 get 1 free offer reduces it to = £13.93
500 free points for original spend over £25
166 points under triple points offer
£13.93 - £6.66 worth of points = £7.32 - for 14 packs of baby wipes!
So, I'm really stocking up in other sizes of nappies and in as many baby wipes as I can lol.0 -
There's quite a few things around the £3 mark, I've had Botanics shave oil at £3.45, but there's deodorant and stuff at about £2.75 (if you have the 10% voucher, the £3.45 is reduced to £3.10!)0

i've been pretty anoyed at not being able to get the little me sets for my sister's bump, they don't seem to have them in boots in sheffield (moor and haymarket shops)
But got the brillant toothbrush deal, so thanks OP for that!
Got 3 toothbrushes, 2 packs of BOGOF allergy tablets (at £2.59),
The girl put them all through, and it came up as over £12, then she scanned the 10% discount voucher, and I ended up paying, 10.31, for some uknown reason. and it gave me 323 points, with 81 original points, god knows how they worked that one out.
Plus the mens grooming voucher.
Blimey, what a good deal - paid 7.70 for 3 toothbrushes, minus 323 points, - £3 voucher, so around £1.50 for 3 brushes...cheaper then buying the brushheads!0 -
Went to Lakeside branch and they didn't have any of the Little Me sets. I did manage to buy a couple of nice soft toys instead for friends who've had little girls in the past couple of weeks so a worthwhile trip in one sense.
Just a suggestion but I do loads of shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child (Samaritan's Purse) each year and was wondering if you have any spare sets of these or any baby items then perhaps you could put them by and make up a box yourself around October time for a little person who wouldn't otherwise have anything? New Mums in some countries would love their baby to have something nice but can't get it for them and so these shoe boxes are so very welcome. Hope you don't mind this suggestion:). Thanks.0 -

they have a load by the downstairs entrance in meadowhall - and they restock them daily (bought a load thursday and were replanished by friday - and no i didnt clear the shelves)
also if you travel a bit further - rotherham parkgate boots have them tooSee the stars they’re shining brightEverything’s alright tonight0 -
hi lara, could you give me more info about the shoeboxes? spud's nursery school did them but school doesn't, and nursery stopped doing it. i've got more little me sets than i will use for my baby, probably. have given some to charity shops, some are for new babies due this year and some will go to the school fayre, but i like the idea of shoeboxes, it will probably do more good than giving them to the school fayre to be sold for peanuts to people who don't need them as much as others. there are people who've bought little me sets who don't know what to do with them - they just bought them for the points profit - shoeboxes are an excellent idea, or if you can't afford the postage what about giving them to your local oxfam shop?52% tight0
