I am at stage 2 POPLA appeal.

my ticket was issued at Gatwick North Terminal Shell Petrol Station..

Can I use KITTY 25 template for my appeal ?

yes you can use it as the basis for your appeal, but make sure that everything it says applies in your case too , if any changes need to be made , its because yours will have minor differences

that is why you should read the NEWBIES sticky thread and read the links to various popla appeals that try to deal with these issues , although I grant you that as the issues are legal arguments its not for the lay person to understand

nobody expects you to understand the laws, but nevertheless they are there and any appeal is dependent upon them , but its not worth paying for a legal eagle who may (or may not) be trained to undertand them or to argue them , hence why you are asking for free on a free forum

if your case had been identical to this one , with the same location , same PPC and same issues, then a copy and past would have been on your agenda

if yours is different , then stick to your own thread and draft an appeal by cherry picking points to add to your own appeal

there is no "one size fits all" solution

ps:- having looked at your case and this one , the 2 are so different that I dont believe this template is suitable , sorry

most of the stuff in this one relates to airports and the paperwork failing POFA2012 , plus airports are not relevant land

I do not understand why you have chosen this thread or why you are posting in it at all

Thanks - I have started this ne and looked at the blue 'letter' etc. Some places mention asking for pics and others don't. Was just that this was at Luton airport and sounds the same as mine so thought I'd ask here and hope that's all!

Before going to the trouble of starting my own thread, my circumstances are very similar to Kitty's in this thread.

Namely the situation is a PCN issued by APCOA for stopping for around 1 minute on the Luton Airport approach road. APCOA have issued a POPLA code, which runs out today, so I don't have much time to write a good appeal and hope to copy an existing template.

I see that Kitty's appeal is now nearly 3 years old. Is this still up-to-date or is there a more recent template for Luton Airport?

(The APCOA rejection no longer mention any airport byelaws.)
