No, a word document can be edited. Use a pdf. If you don't have the software you can download free trials to do a one off.

I appealed to POPLA on 22nd October and I received an email on Monday 24th saying we have won.(we've been on holiday this week, so couldn't post):-

Dear *** **************

Thank you for submitting your parking charge Appeal to POPLA.

An Appeal has been opened with the reference **********

APCOA Parking have told us they do not wish to contest the Appeal. This means that your Appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.

It's a huge weight off my mind and I can't thank you all enough. I would have never have done this if it wasn't for all of you, would have just paid up and just lined the ******** pockets

Sounds good. What everyone needs to understand is, there is a wealth of good information here.
Whilst I read all the posts on your thread, I did not give you help because you were already getting the best help from those who replied.
