Tesco overcharge Error on shopping?

Ok - First - no idea if this is the right place for this to go.
Second - sorry for the rant
I placed an online order on sat, and got delivered Sunday. Everything arrived, nothing returned, and 2 easy substitutions.
I was adding the monies into my spreadsheet, and i cant get the totals to add up right.
The front page - (with all the items on the shop) adds up to 143.60 (and i've checked this so many times its untrue
)
The price Tesco add it up to is 154.50
These totals are both PRE-promotions - the promotions I and tesco add up to 31.74
So Tesco have charged me 122.76, and i add it up to 111.86.
Mum rang them last night, and they didn't ring back, despite saying they would. I rang this morning, and the outcome was that they are sending me another copy of the order out in the post ??!!??
The lady i spoke to did confirm that we had been charged 122.76, and that it may have been that there was an error, but it could also be that we had been undercharged on a previous order?? I didnt know they could recharge for items - the last order was mid Aug. - which typically i cant find the order printout for it
I'm going to wait until we get the 'new' copy of the order in the post before i ring them up again.
Anyone else had this problem? And what are my options??
thanks in advance

The prices you used on your spreadsheet - were they Saturday's or Sunday's?
The invoice - what you are charged is calculated on the prices valid on the day of delivery, and the promotions valid on that day (not on the day of the order). Did the substitutions effect any multiple buys?
Any BOGOFs did you order the quantity to qualify?
HTHs - trying to think of things that could effect any 'difference' in the £total.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
the prices i used were all off the Sunday delivery order receipt.
the total price match refund was 0.00 and the correct prices for the subsitutions are included in the shopping. the subsititions also had offers, which was included in the promotion discount. and they all tally
I couldn't get it to add up, which ever way i looked at it.Missing my money saving mojo.

There aren't any items you've missed on the second page, are there? My shop is usually around £85 and I always have a few things listed at the top of the second page. Also check you've used the total price column for everything. Maybe you used the unit price for a couple of things by mistake.0

Hi Rach_k, everything fitted on a few lines- ( multiple quantities of cat food soon add up! and stocked up as on offer)
I double checked the unit price and quantities - apart from them charging me 20.00 for 6 * 3.33, there are no errors there, and i used all the total prices column.Missing my money saving mojo.
