Selling my house - it is so SLOOOW, any tips?

My house has been on the market for a couple of months now, and its just not selling, we are having viewings and the feedback is never anything that we feel we can action on, but it's still not selling. We did an overhaul of the garden this weekend so it looks a lot bigger (removed rose bushes, trampoline, gazebo etc) and last week we removed some furniture and put it in to storage.
Houses nearby seem to be selling at really random prices, it doesn't make sense to me. I feel my house is priced fairly competitively, but something just isn't right, or am I being impatient? Please be nice/gentle but constructive if you have any ideas

Ok, I can't post links to my house and local properties as I am a new user. I am actually not a new user but since this will contain pics of my house I don't want it to link to my real account, hence the throwaway account... I think I have to wait a bit to post the links...0

If you put the postcode and a little description someone will find it and post the link for you

oooh good idea - thank you!
If you search this postcode: SO50, plus 3 bedroom house, 240k.
The price is OIEO and it is being marketed by Beals.0 -

Once you get the rightmove URL there is a bit that says "property-for-sale" and then there is a way to show the property afterwards. My house is "property-55212256" with an html extension.
It is a 3 bedroom semi detached house.
Here are some local properties that I feel are comparible: property-41168377
This is round the corner, is in better condition and on a less busy road: property-42031878
these two are practically identical: property-55734382.html and property-55734385
This is on a busier road but is detached: property-61514957
terraced house but £35k more : property-56097076
property-60771359
property-54734785
property-427956270 -
I've deleted my link0
