Reject the Whopla verdict explaining that there is considerable doubt as to its independence ( there are plenty of ISPA press statements to support this )and request a referral to a demonstrably independent ADR .
I'll do that but not holding out much hope. I emailed them the same day I got the ticket saying I was a member of the gym and asking them what evidence, if any, they'd like to see. Their response was to reject my "appeal" as I didn't provide evidence to back up my claim of being a member of the gym.0 -

They will reject it, that's how they TRY to make money.
Anything to do with Wright Hassall is now in question so please just hang fire for a couple of days. We await a true statement from the BPA0 -

Who in their right would tender for work in the scammers industry0 -
Even if you have already asked the gym to get this charge cancelled, complain again.

Thank you for your email.
The BPA is a membership association and not a regulator for private parking and we are unable to assist with individual parking charge notices. We can however, advise of the processes used by those parking companies that are a member of the BPA AOS Scheme (AOS).Save a Rachael
