Reject the Whopla verdict explaining that there is considerable doubt as to its independence ( there are plenty of ISPA press statements to support this )and request a referral to a demonstrably independent ADR .

I'll do that but not holding out much hope. I emailed them the same day I got the ticket saying I was a member of the gym and asking them what evidence, if any, they'd like to see. Their response was to reject my "appeal" as I didn't provide evidence to back up my claim of being a member of the gym.

They will reject it, that's how they TRY to make money.

Anything to do with Wright Hassall is now in question so please just hang fire for a couple of days. We await a true statement from the BPA

fredies fish bar ,down the road offers an appeals service (when he is quiet) , maybe he should write to the BPA?

Is it his "plaice" to do so or should he simply "rock" on regardless

Did you ask the gym to get this cancelled?
Did you resign from the gym and tell them why?

Who in their right would tender for work in the scammers industry
  • Even if you have already asked the gym to get this charge cancelled, complain again.

The BPA needs to comment for credibility purposes but they probably won't thereby again losing their credibility.

    Thank you for your email.

The BPA is a membership association and not a regulator for private parking and we are unable to assist with individual parking charge notices. We can however, advise of the processes used by those parking companies that are a member of the BPA AOS Scheme (AOS).
