You may also like to ask London Councils /BPA who transferred your personal data to WH without permission0

At the time of appeal the only parties in possession of the personal data were the PPC that requested it and London Councils that the appellant released it to . No other party is entitled to it , not WH nor the BPA0 -

London Councils have stated that all info was passed back to the BPA and expunged from their records as they stopped providing a service to the BPA
however the government has stated (POFa) that all cases via the BPA must go to POPLA , whoever the BPA hire is in fact POPLA
catch 22, and totally wrong as we know that the ombudsman service acquired the main contract
fredies fish bar ,down the road offers an appeals service (when he is quiet) , maybe he should write to the BPA?Save a Rachael
