1st 2 lbs is fantastic weight loss! I took the foot off the gas for august but still maintaining my 1st loss, thinking I will drop 1-2lbs more then at my fighting weight, and thrilled. Had a long talk with my daughter in law recently who is a doctor. they get such little training in nutrition. she knows my life long passion in nutrition. shen is really interested in what the fast 800 is doing for medical markers and the results people are getting. what she did say to me is that what they discussed in their practice was that people are getting good results, and sticking with it which will stop the yo yo dieting too. it’s that which can be unhealthy. i am still using recipes from the fast 800 recipe book, we love them!
on another note, i have been toying with getting ynab too and watched a few videos. what’s have been the benefits for you?3 -
Sorry I've been awol from your diary SSG. Well done on the weight loss. Too many vegetables must surely be a good thing
