Excellent progress with your plan. I used to struggle with drinking water - it does get easier and the trips to the bathroom less frequent!0

Hopefully beanie - it seems to be taking forever if I look forward, but the months are actually moving very quickly - nearly the end of summer now and the mornings are getting darker when I wake up on work days.
Day 7 of the Plan
- Zero alcohol- OK
- 1500 calories for five days, 500 calories for two days (to include 5 x fruit and veg and just one sweet treat on the 1500 days - - This was a 500 calorie day so the usual - egg wrap, etc.
- Six glasses of water per day – did a little better by the time I left work - and my chilly water bottle arrived by late afternoon - it's lovely - white with a sketch in black of an octopus on it!:). Looking forward to using it.
. - Step up the walking pace – all ok - did my work walks.
- Go to bed at a reasonable hour – went to bed not long after 9pm - tired again - which resulted in waking up at 2am, then 4am which resulted in finally waking up at 10am this morning!
- No money wasting. Balance YNAB daily– NSD - all ok!
END OF SCRIMPY WEEK 4
......and this morning I had a very nice surprise of a 6lb weight loss on my first weigh in on the healthy eating plan!:j It is early days and I always lose a lot on my first dieting week, but an excellent psychological boost!
Plus a decent Ad Hoc Saving this week - £37.44 over to Savings.
Today I had a bit of a lazy day - popped out this morning for milk and kitchen roll and bought some bits for the food bank. Then did the house work but apart from that read diaries and watched some TV - this healthy eating has got me into watching documentaries on Amazon Prime about the global obesity problem and hence frightening the life out of me! I went for my walk early evening down by the seafront when it had cooled a little - walking app told me I did just over 40 mins! Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

21 months is nothing. Why not break it down into how many Monday mornings you have left. When you take off the Bank Holiday Mondays and the Mondays for each week of leave you will have, there will be very few more Mondays you have to get up.
Well done on the healthy eating and weight loss.0 -
