I’m quite jealous of your trip to The Chelsea Flower Show - we went to the Malvern show a few weeks ago and watched some of Chelsea on TV - we were dream talking of a weekend in London and visiting the show at some point in the future. More realistically though we are hoping to go to Southport Flower Show later this year. There is a big one closer to me - Tatton - fairly soon too - but I don’t particularly like it as it’s way too big. We went there a few years ago on a sweltering day and we just seemed to trudge around crowds in the heat. The gardens were actually quite nice but you couldn’t get near them. Afternoon tea with The Chelsea Pensioners sounds really interesting.
A bargainous day by the sounds of it.January spends - £587.580 -
Sounds like you had a fab time over the weekend, how brilliant to get the flower show tickets
Glad you enjoyed Rocketman, no doubt I'll have to wait until it comes out on Virgin movies like I did Bohemian Rhapsody.
Hope you get the PPI sorted in your favour.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Just had a catch up with all your goings-on SSG. I've not been around as much as I should recently.
So jealous of your Chelsea Flower Show trip, especially with the complimentary hospitality suite. I watched it on telly which is nowhere near the same but at least my feet didn't ache and the water was free!
Fingers crossed here for a PPI result. Anything that might bring your retirement date forward a bit would be wonderful.LBM Dec 2011. Aimed, but failed, to clear all unsecured debt by Feb 2019. Finally free of unsecured debt 21st May 21!
