It is number of accounts that count not number of boilers. So if you have 3 accounts then you need to move 3 accounts to the new provider.
I assume you have 3 meters if there are 3 separate accounts, if not you will need to explain in more detail your set up.
yeah its three separate accounts for 3 separate boilers.
Is it possible to switch all three and the electrify to this dual tariff deal or would i only be able to switch one of the accounts?
if so, what would i do with the other two?0 -

British Gas Advisers were reported to be informed of what the arrangements are. Clearly not. I've contacted them again and they have now decided that the exit fees will not be charged.
Best of 3, perhaps?

Are all 3 accounts registered at the same address?
If so, it's most unusual to have more than one domestic supply meter at the residential address, not least because you will be facing multiple standing charges.
Probably best to get it all going through one meter
If renting, you should discuss the issue with your landlord.0 -
My British Gas account is now showing the new tariff after switching as soon as it opened0

Can anyone advise me, my last switch was to collective fix Feb 17,
I have just switched to Collective switch Oct 17 and noticed Electricity is more expensive it was 8.45 per KWH now it is 9.30 per KWH I have not had the Gas price yet as I have a cooling off period is it best to stay with my original tariff. Rang BG but did not know anything about Collective tariffs.0 -

The new gas price should be shown on the MSE Cheap Energy club website when you select the tariff.
Nobody can advise you unless they know your consumption of gas and electricity, and the old and new prices including the daily standing charge.
I have just switched from the Feb to Oct 2017 collective. My electricity increased from 8.79p/kWh to 9.02p/kWh( a smaller increase than yours) and DSC from18.9p to 21.809p
However the reduction in gas price from 2.81p/kWh to 2.541p/kWh more than compensated for the increase in electricity prices.
Overall it was a decrease in cost of £30pa (plus £30 from MSE) and an extra 6 months on the better deal.0 -

If you have just switched to a new tariff, surely you made your mind up then?
Sorry, you've definitely confused me...!0 -
Sorry to have confused you Footyguy but I have switched but I do have a 14 day cooling off period. I did try to get help from British Gas but its like talking to a brick wall.
Thank you Cardew for your reply if my Gas comes out as cheaper I will probably stay with the Oct 17 fix.0 -

Are you sure you do have a cooling off period?
You get one (14 days) when you switch supplier but not usually when moving between your existing supplier's tariffs.
(Not, of course, that it's clear from your posting whether that's what you've actually done.)0 -
Tough decision for me ... its more expensive than the fixed tariff that i have just moved to which is fixed until July 17 ... actually no its not ... I will stay where I just switched to.
+1 I think I must have misread things, then OH checks with me and, no, I have not. On top of this, the CEC actually tells me I would pay £21 more on this BG Collective Tariff (£41 is more like it, irl, + £10 down on exit fees versus cashback) so how can it be "cheaper than the cheapest"?
I am in the Midlands, too, Cardew but are our prices the same? Are they, heck. It's all done to confuse. I'm sticking with my July 2017 tariff... And thanks for the headache, MSE, my brain hurts.0
