Because there's no evidence to the contrary. There's not been a single link posted of a peer reviewed study to support it (Homeopathy Journal Monthly or whatever doesn't count as unbiased and objective).
Also homeopaths' explanations are plain garbage, speaking as one who worked at the molecular scale in real life on real practical applications.
