photographic evidence of neighbour from hell.

You've just profiled some woman you don't know, based on a third party account of events! Anal retentive sadistic type character?! nasty nature? extremely clever (implied as being in a manipulative way)? antisocial behaviour?
You sit there with zero tangible evidence and only a third party account of the events. Why are you so blindly leaping to conclusion? Isn't part of being a MH professional learning to be impartial?
Your tangents have now travelled to Mars. You know what uranium is, right? It's this thing called nuclear weapons. And other things. Like lots of things are done with uranium. Including some bad things.

Ha, I criticise you and, instead of standing up for yourself, you deflect it. Fair enough0 -

Well, to be honest I was getting slightly bored with the tedium of the attacks, but heyho.
I also worked with paranoid schizophrenics, OCDs and people who experienced panic attacks and depressives and dual diagnosis clients (alcohol and drug problems). They can be manipulative, especially the client who thought the TV was talking to him personally. So I didn't believe everything they said but it didn't matter because what I provided was support. Just like I have on this thread. Go figure.

That's cool, but what I'm getting at is:
How can you justify profiling some woman based on a third party account of events when no tangible evidence has been presented to you (you also admitted here that the account MAY be inaccurate by virtue of manipulation, not that I'm accusing OP of that per se)? We've all done psychology, and so can chuck out some terms like anally retentive (my god that was taught at A-level!), but unless I'm mistaken it is still considered a science and as such should follow the scientific method? Or is that not a 2016 thing?
Can I profile you and give you a personality type based on the posts you have made? Would that be fair and reflective of things?Do you have a personality type in mind for me?

IME, in neighbour disputes, photographic "evidence" is maybe only of secondary importance and normally has to pass a number of legal tests before it will be considered/admitted as evidence, except in more exceptional situations.
A detailed and accurate diary of incidents compiled over a period of time however is normally considered first class/primary evidence and her local noise nuisance people would normally advise on how to prepare one long before any suggestion that taking photos is OK.0 -

I am being genuine when I say this, but it actually wasn't me! Some food for thought, perhaps?0 -

Perhaps a relative of the person you ' libelled'?0 -
Which department at the council are you talking too? Is it enviormental health as others have suggested about the noise issues specifically? Depending on the council they sometimes leave noise detecting equiment with you for a time to help you gather evidence.
Also are both flats owned, or rented or council flats? What exactly do you want as an outcome to all this? Are you thinking you can get the person evicted some how (unlikely), or are you looking to help your friend get mediation with the other neighbour? Have you tried the non emergency police line for help with that possibly too?MFW OP's 2017 #101 £829.32/£5000

I knew it wouldn't be you, you're a bigger person than that.MSE_ForumTeam5 wrote:We've edited a post of yours of language unacceptable for a family Forum.
The irony is I doubt anyone under the age of 18 would be interested in joining these forums. Have you ever been on a bus with schoolkids aged about 14 and heard far more fruitier language than my contribution even from the girls? You know what uranium is, right? Jokingly I was going to post that I am a wizard and not a witch. However that is making light of the OP's original post. As with others keep a diary and get your LA environmental health team on your side. But they need evidence hence the diary etc. FWIW the popular media are stuffed full of tales of lawyesr/solicitors being hoist by their own petard. So don't surrender just yet.0
