Mumof2, can you ring the bus company and check the service your child takes has been withdrawn for good, sometimes they operate a none school term type service, then put it back when the schools are back.
Well just been the land of LW, decluttered £19.70 at dentist, to be told I have a major infection of gum and tooth, no wonder my head went all hot, and my teeth ache. Also have a pres for Ab's, so I'll go and get that in a bit.
Came back from dentist to find, shoes all over the place, the only time this happens is when the cat has had a 'friend' round.................found it, and duly dispachted cat and mouse to the garden.............cat is back minus the mouse, so he has either killer it, or it has run off.....................shoes back sorted.

The world truly hates me. Both small people home after vomiting at school/nursery. Why do they have to be ill on the first day of term???!!!???
Currently on set three clothes for Small and four + bedding for Tiny. Must've caught a bug at the skanky kid's party on Saturday. Small was complaining about tummy ache this morning, but I thought it was just delay tactics.
I did, however, get a lot done before I was called to collect the Pukie Lukies, so I suppose that's something. Supposed to be taking Small to karate after school, then collecting DH's cousin (who is accompanying him to Birmingham after work to collect our new fridge freezer) and delivering him to Shrewsbury. Van smells of sick, I smell of sick, plus I'm now feeling clammy, so no doubt will be ill later and/or tomorrow...

Thanks but I had a look on the website and the company lost the contract - the new people are doing the journey even less frequently than it was before which I didn't think was possible.Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0 -

Great.
Oh no Dizzy, you're not having a good run of it. Hopefully it's just a 24 hour thing and you will manage to avoid it as it's the last thing you need. Take care xSaveFlymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0 -
Oh yuck dizzy I was going to suggest it might be excitement but it does sound like a bug
hope it's short lived. Antibac vibes to you and yours.
Walls all emulsioned- using d*lux endurance plus paint - she said it goes on like a dream and the colour is lovely. She's now on the second can so really motoring on, looks like a different room already.
I've labelled the bay blinds so I know which goes where :rotfl:
All school stuff labelled and bags ready - actually I'm going to write on their water bottles again too. I have groceries coming tomorrow night with packed lunch stuff.
We've just cleaned up after playdoh cupcakes, Lordy that stuff gets everywhere. I think I have some in my ear, lol. I'll do some snack soon I think.
Little moo's wardrobe is appalling - full to bursting - so I'll have a dig around later in the week and put away any summer stuff that might fit next year.
I've a few bits of ironing I could do - kids bits so I might use the table-top board for those. Snack first, they are starting to niggle each other...Bossymoo

Oh Dizzy how yucky for you all. I really hope they are better soon and you won't get it.
This story may make you smile - DS had an upset tummy a few months ago and kept looking like he was about to puke but didn't. I was booked in for my smear test and couldn't face cancelling it so off we went. He was sat in his buggy whilst I was all legs akimbo and what happened, just as she was doing the scraping bit? He vommed everywhere. I didn't have any spare clothes or wipes with me either. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
Had a lovely morning out with DD. Feet up now for the rest of the day and watching a DVD - it's very peaceful without DS (he's a typical 2 year old boy - AKA a complete handful) so I'm going to make the most of it!

Donna a toots list is a list of things you need to do around the house. Everyone's is different. Mine for example has "get roof leak sorted", "get gas fire serviced" and "clear out DD clothes". It's named after toots, a true old-style flylady
LR looking glorious - even with the central reservation of decorating gearthe grey is fabulous...
