    Resolver, ombudsman, small claims, lba, for a £20 door?
    Agree it doesn't look right but you keep mentioning draughts, there shouldn't be any, find out what's causing them and cure that first ;)

    Or fit a draught excluder strip which might just be deep enough to cover the gap.
