Morning. Am really quite nervous for my weigh-in tomrorow, as had a sneaky peek at the scales on Tuesday and had put on 2lbs... but I do look less bloated, so fingers crossed.
Today:
Breakfast: 2 x wholemeal toast with low fat marg / lime marmalade (a little)
Snack: 2 x ricecakes
Lunch: Salad (lettuce, celery, red pepper, baby toms) w/ half a tin of red salmon (no dressing, just pepper), small bag of cashews/raisins/4 x dried apricots / sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
Dinner: some random posh burger (not in a bun), salad, small portion of mash.
Drinks: green tea w/ jasmine, water. Am mad for green tea at the moment. Am flushing everything out with that and Colon Cleanse tablets!! x
Am bad as no fruit in diet today, but not going shops until Friday evening after work0 -
Looks good! But I'm hungry so I'd eat anything! Although perhaps not the salmon.
Good luck for tomorrow, you might be surprised.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -

How about switching to a small bag of buttons?
Or I have a recipe for some ferroer rocher (s) style sweets if you fancy them, I can have them on my diet. Or how about a nice fruit salad?Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Thanx Lucy, I think I will go for the fruit salad, as it will take me a lot longer to eat than a small bag of buttons:rotfl:
Gonna make sure I order plenty of fruit this week on this weeks online shop, and meal plan better!!!;)LBM 29/07/ 07
