That's a good idea! Does anyone know how to purchase these cheaply? I've bought packs from boots and tkmax before but I'm wondering if there is a cheaper way....

I'd still love a heavily scented bottle of something with a kick to it! Sinus clearing type of thing.

The blush has a teeny bit left but I am calling it done for the purposes of this challenge and will finish the last bit off in the next few days although I am sick to death of it.


I never touched the Juicy Tube or the Bobbi Brown blush, the Korres lipbalm just goes on and on as does the eyeliner.


I will start a finish 5 by Christmas and carry some of these over to that.

Count me in for this challenge also. I've decided I want to UU the following:-

Benefit RSVP cream shadow. This is a small tub that came with the Natural Eyes palette. Has a big dent in it.

Benefit No Pressure cream shadow. Same as above although this does not have a big dent in it but I smashed the lid some time ago so don't want it to go off.

Smashbox Illume lipgloss. I have already taken the stopper out of this and it needs to go. I do also have other glosses that need to be used up so will swap others in if I manage to UU this.

Rimmel white eyeliner. Probably about a quarter of this is gone. I use it every day in my inner rim however have a UD Cosmic one which is creamer and nicer in colour so want to get rid of the Rimmel one so that I can use the UD one.

Benefit Dallas powder. Am keeping this in rotation. I probably won't UU as these powders last forever however I need to keep it out.

So, I had a flurry of UUs at the weekend and an influx of stash. First UUs:-

NSPA Pachouli and Ylang Ylang shower cream and NSPA Pachouli and Ylang Ylang body oil. I chucked the remains of both of these in my bath. My sciatica was playing up on Saturday afternoon after the last Uni shopping trip. I really did not like these products. They had very little fragance and smelt synthetic in any case.

LUSH Cup o Coffee. HG. Will buy more soon.

LUSH Defluff. Emma had left a very small amount in the bottom of the tub and it would have been rude not to use it. I have bought her a tub for Uni use but am thinking that I will revert to Dirty as I prefer the fragrance of that one.

Am nearly out of my LUSH Mask of Magnaminty and want to use this up this week so that I have five tubs to exchange at LUSH next weekend.

So the stash influx. We decluttered EVERYTHING from Emma's bedroom at weekend only to find masses of body lotions she had not used as she has converted to E45 Intense Recovery for her KP on ther arms. Some of them I TA because they were really old however couldn't bring myself to TA the Laura Mercier ones I bought a few Christmases ago and will try them out. I also adopted a 2/3rds full bottle of Murad Toner to replace my Pixi Glow Tonic as Emma did not get on with this. I have told her that anything left in the bathroom that has been opened will be used by me in her absence. She also passed onto me a tub of lip glosses that I can "use". I think a couple were Anatasia ones so thrilled about this.

I think there was a bottle of Nail Envy in that stash (need to sort it out properly tonight) whcih is good as the Perfect Formula base coat I have been using is rubbish. My nail lacquer has been peeling off in full strips! Am now wearing OPI She's a Bad Muffelatta which is a gorgeous coral colour. Need to dig out some Autumn colours now though as the weather feels a little nippier already.

Think we have now packed what feels like the whole house ready for her move to Newcastle on Saturday with the exception of some groceries that we said we would get for her first week.

I want to join the finish 5 by Christmas. Will have a think what to go for but the elemis scrub will definitely be in there!

Sunday Riley Artemis facial oil
Oskia Renaissance bright light serum

I basically can't like either of these as they are very pricy. Apparently a bottle of the oil lasts a year but even so.....
I'd quite like to try something new when my Emma Hardie runs out but I'm not sure if I can stretch to a Sunday Riley one!

Tigi Bed Head Moisture Maniac Conditioner 250ml - this was gorgeous on my curls and contained no silicones, WBA but it has been discontinued.

Maybelline Instant Eye Eraser (something like that) Concealer, this is very good, it covers and doesn't crease but it is a little dark for me most of the year, plus I don't like the sponge tip and took that off as I find it wasteful.

Elemis Pro Radiance Illuminating Flash Balm 15ml - this is really nice and smells luxurious but WNBA due to cost, have more this size and a full size in the stash.

My Finish 5 by Christmas items are:

1. Korres Rose Lipbalm - it has to be done by Christmas surely.
2. Witch Concealer stick
3. Benetint - this is a half used mini bottle
4. Urban Decay Eyeliner - Corrupt, this is a double ended one so about half size.
5. Estee Lauder Invisible Foundation

I buy the 5kg bag from westlab for £12.00. They also do a 25kg bag for £25.00.

Gillette shave foam - GA. Kind of. Put this in the bathroom and told anyone they can use it as like i said it was originally my boyfriends but he doesn't wet shave, and i noticed there were a few nearly empty bottles in the bathroom so now there is a little bit more shaving things in there for the time being.

I have a few little UU to report, progress is so slow currently

Dove soft feel deodorant spray - WBA smelled lovely, reminded me of baby powder. Did the job well.

Tigi catwalk headshot intensive reconstructive conditioner 200ml - WBA this isnt the cheapest but worth the money as it saves my hair when ive been swimming from drying out too much. This smells nice and does the job very well. Need some more of this so ill try and order some once ive moved.

Lush comforter shower cream sample - WBA and have full size in stash already. This smells nice a,though i do prefer comforter gel. I think this has a slightly bitter medicinal smell to it. I find i have to shake it reslly well before use. It also stained the shower curtain as its very pink!! But otherwise i do like it and it also leaves a lingering berry smell on the skin.

As for my work, i wrote a grievance letter which i have had no response to as yet. :-/ and we still are living between a friends house and cheap hotels as dont have a moving date yet. I am feeling so homesick both for my old hpuse and for where i used to work too. I just want to be somewhere familiar. Been nearly a month already and its so frustrating. Feel like im making no progress with anything currently.

Elemis Pro Radiance Hand & Nail Cream 100ml - I have gone through loads of this stuff - minis and full sizes - and all of them were GWP, it is very nice but WNB as there are cheaper alternatives.
