i emailed him ( have already posted what i wrote) i got a reply from a lady.. can't remember her name.I got a cheque in the post within about 2 weeks to compensate me. they seem to take you more seriously that the usual email address

Hi everyone

Sorry for bringing up an old thread, but I was searching sky complaints and this came up. I have had a dreadful customer service of them which has included 3 hrs of phones calls and 6 hrs over 2 days sitting in waiting for them.

Does anyone know if the email address of james.murdoch at bskyb.com. (which was posted above) Still works?

I'd be gratefull for any info you have.

you should get more joy emailing their CEO or MD. Worth bookmarking the URL as well incase of any other companies you have issues with
