Hope you enjoyed your lunch lois. It looks like a nice place. I think I might have had crab.
It was really lovely, if it had been sunny we'd have felt like we were on the Mediterranean. They'd changed the menu though and neither the crab or the linguine were available so I had duck with salad to start and stone bass (white fish fillet) with mash, kale, yellow beans (think green beans but yellow) and pea shoots for main. I resisted the puddings and a West Country cheese board (polishes halo) although I was very tempted.
Back on plan tomorrow and hoping not to gain at class on Wednesday night.
Back tomorrow.

It's so cold this morning, my fingers and toes are like ice! Autumn's definitely with us here
Not much to report really, I caved in and ordered one of the hydratem8 bottles that are all over instagram and it arrived today. Really not the best day to be drinking cold water when all I want is lots of hot cups of tea, but I'm nearly a litre down so far (and some days I struggle to drink that) so it's definitely working :T
Today's food:
B - overnight oats with a turkish delight muller, strawbs & a banana
L - BNS soup
T - smoked sausage risotto (6 syns for my portion I think) with either veg or salad
Have a good day everyone, keep warm
xx
Good Evening

They're only available online as far as I know. Their website is here
Kind of expensive at just under £20 inc delivery but I love the timings on the side, have found it really helpful so far0 -
Thanks , Lois. You’re right about needing the room for extra jumpers at the football – the Falkirk Stadium is cold even in summer!
I’m reporting a 1lb loss today, shala, o keeper of the rolls! Less than I’d hoped for but happy just the same. And then there was today! I blame DH! More of that later – I think I need a scourge!
Well done, Rosylee, TG and flutterby! Good losses.
Beanie, that sounds like my kind of lunch!
Monday’s Madness
Breakfast: ½ grapefruit, hexb toast with 1 WW cheese triangle
Snack: 2 gingernuts (4)

Snack (still out with OH): fruit slice (I did shake off all the sugar! Syns ?)
Snack ( yes, that’s right, we’ve just arrived home): fs Maltesers (5)
Dinner: wholemeal roll (6) with roast chicken in chilli light mayo (1)
